This notice explains the limited information collected through the Auvoris website. It must be reviewed against the final legal entity and production services before public launch.

Controller
The website is operated under the Auvoris name by Aleksander Celewicz. Final company registration and registered-office details will be added before public company launch. Privacy questions can be sent to hello@auvoris.com.
Information submitted
The contact form asks for name, email, organisation, project stage and a description of the problem. Do not submit secrets, personal datasets, controlled information or credentials.
Purpose and lawful basis
Contact information is used to respond to an enquiry, assess a potential engagement and maintain necessary business correspondence. The intended basis is legitimate interests and, where steps are requested before a contract, pre-contractual activity.
Processors and retention
Hosting and configured email-delivery providers may process the information to operate the website and deliver the message. Information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the enquiry, legal obligations and any resulting business relationship.
Where enabled for a deployment, short-lived abuse-prevention counters use an HMAC-pseudonymized client identifier rather than storing the original network identifier in the delivery limiter. The production configuration and retention period must be confirmed for the deployed service before launch.
Your rights
Depending on applicable UK data-protection law, individuals may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection, and may complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
