Privacy notice.
This notice explains the limited information collected through the Auvoris website and the payment details used when you subscribe to one of my products. It must be reviewed against the final legal entity before public company launch.

Controller
The website is operated under the Auvoris name by Aleksander Celewicz. Final company registration and registered-office details will be added before public company launch. Privacy questions can be sent to hello@auvoris.com.
Information submitted
The contact form asks for name, email, organisation, project stage and a description of the problem. Do not submit secrets, personal datasets, controlled information or credentials.
Purpose and lawful basis
Contact information is used to respond to an enquiry, assess a potential engagement and maintain necessary business correspondence. The intended basis is legitimate interests and, where steps are requested before a contract, pre-contractual activity.
Processors and retention
Hosting and configured email-delivery providers may process the information to operate the website and deliver the message. Information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the enquiry, legal obligations and any resulting business relationship.
Where enabled for a deployment, short-lived abuse-prevention counters use an HMAC-pseudonymized client identifier rather than storing the original network identifier in the delivery limiter. The production configuration and retention period must be confirmed for the deployed service before launch.
Payments and subscriptions
Paid subscriptions to my products, such as Vuelum, are billed under the Auvoris name through Stripe. You enter card details on Stripe’s own payment pages, so they go directly to Stripe and I never see or store your full card number.
To run your subscription I receive your name, email address, billing address, any VAT or tax ID you provide, the plan and billing period you chose, payment and invoice history, and limited card details such as the card type, last four digits and expiry date.
I use this information to take payments, run free trials, renewals, plan changes and cancellations, send receipts, invoices and billing reminders, calculate tax, prevent fraud and keep the accounting records the law requires. The basis is performing the contract with you and, for tax and accounting records, a legal obligation.
Stripe processes payment data under its own privacy policy, which covers its fraud-prevention work and any transfers outside the UK. Billing records are kept for as long as UK tax and accounting rules require, normally six years, then deleted. Each product’s own privacy notice covers the information you use inside that product.
Your rights
Depending on applicable UK data-protection law, individuals may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection, and may complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
